Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Karen operates a boutique executive coaching and communications consulting practice. Before starting her own practice, Karen was an executive coach with Bates Communications working with senior leaders at Fortune 1000 companies with a focus on executive presence. She has held several senior corporate communications roles at global companies and was a longtime Emmy award-winning news anchorwoman in Boston.
Karen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has achieved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College and a Master of Business Administration from Curry College.
