Stefan is a Senior Associate with Strategy of Mind in Boston. As an executive coach, Stefan empowers executives, professionals, and academics to develop as leaders and to transform their careers. He also assists individuals through difficult career transitions. By means of exploratory conversations and practical exercises, Stefan helps our clients identify their core challenges and develop action plans for continued success.
Stefan completed his PhD at Boston University. He went on to teach Humanities and Social Sciences at Boston University, where he facilitated in-depth discussions about the central texts of the Western and Eastern intellectual traditions. Stefan later trained in leadership development at the Center for Executive Coaching in Boston.
With this background and experience, Stefan is uniquely capable of helping clients apply rigorous and creative thinking to their business, professional, and career-transition challenges. He has written articles for Inside Higher Ed and other publications.
